The 2019 Annual General Meeting was held on 24th June, 2019 at 1:00 pm AWST in Perth Convention Centre. The President, Secretary, Treasurer and Communications Team reported during the AGM.
- The Association is reviewing its membership structure and will be moving towards a sustainable paid membership structure. Surveys will be conducted with all members and institutions in 2019 to explore options.
- Special resolution was approved by members that the current Executives will continue to serve the Association until 2021 AGM.
- AUSA Rule changes were approved in relation to the membership approval process.
- AUSA Asia Chapter was approved to be established.
Conference Next Year – Safety 2020
AUSA announced partnership with World Health Organisation Safety 2020 Conference in Adelaide. More details will be provided to members soon.
