AUSA Day & Psych Health and Safety Conference Sponsorship 2024 - Nominations now open!

The Psych Health and Safety Conference 24 is coming up on June 19 and 20 2024 at the Sofitel Wentworth Sydney.

The conference will focus on several themes that will dominate discussions in businesses everywhere for the next decade: psychosocial risk management, burnout, the integrated approach to workplace mental health, and sexual harassment prevention.

Sample answer to 50 words:

As a HSW professional, psych safety is a huge risk. Its not a topic I’ve learned about in my studies and I feel very underprepared to tackle this risk. The higher ed panel discussion will help understand what other Uni’s are doing which I can take back to my Uni.

 

 

Terms and conditions:

  1. Entries close Sunday June 2 2024 8pm AEST
  2. Only current financial members of AUSA are eligible to enter. 
  3. Submissions to be sent to AUSA committee email ausa.admin@gmail.com, including your preferred contact phone number, prior to the closing time and date.
  4. Include in the submission you have your managers approval to attend the conference and can fund any residual travel expenses.
  5. You are required to attend the AUSA mini conference on 21 June 2024.
  6. Entries will be judged by members of the AUSA executive committee and their decision is final.
  7. Winners will be contacted by Wednesday June 5 2024 5pm AEST.   
  8. In the event there are no flight or accommodation costs incurred by the winning candidate/s, AUSA executive will work with the candidate/s to identify suitable professional development opportunities to use the equivalent monetary value towards.
