Applied Mental Health is a project funded by WorkSafe Victoria's WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund to develop psychologically safe and thriving Universities.
The objective of this project is to develop a scalable and systemic solution to build psychologically safe and thriving workplaces by building leadership capability. Currently 400 University leaders from five Universities are undergoing this innovative approach to training.
This session will share the learnings of the project so far and the future of Applied Mental Health. It will include:
- The evidence base behind Applied Mental Health Leadership
- The systemic approach been applied to psychological safety in the University sector
- Unpacking the data so far that has informed the training design
- Key learnings so far
