Topic: Psychological Risk Management
In follow up to our discussions in 2021 about the implementation of psychological risk management, this session will be an opportunity for the group to share how this has been progressing in your organisations.
Melinda Brady, Senior WHS Consultant Injury Prevention, will start the session by providing a short presentation on the work being undertaken at ANU to develop and implement Psychological Safety systems and culture within a WHS framework and then facilitate a group discussion on approaches to utilising WHS frameworks to promote individual and organisational psychological health and wellbeing.
