What can we learn from the new psychological safety regulations?
Psychological safety is in the spotlight with many employers across the country facing new regulations. Worksafe Victoria are curretnly proposing ammendments to OHS regulations around Psychological Health.
What can AUSA members learn from it to support our workforces?
Join the Vic/Tas Branch and Health and Wellbeing Special Interest Group to discuss how these best practice guidelines may impact across our sector. This meeting is open to all AUSA members across Australia and internationally, this registration is for virtual participation only.
Join us online on Tuesday 18 October, 1:30pm to 3:00pm
Let’s discuss:
- what the new regulations mean for our organisations
- opportunities, risks and considerations to follow the guidelines in Victoria and other states
- the opportunity for AUSA members to discuss and collaborate
